These terms govern your use of Chatdord's AI chatbot platform and services.

By accessing or using Chatdord's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Chatdord platform, including:

  • End-users interacting with chatbots created on our platform

2.1 Platform Overview

Chatdord provides an omni-channel AI chatbot platform that enables businesses to:

  • Create and deploy AI-powered chatbots across multiple channels
  • Integrate with various AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Manage customer conversations and support tickets
  • Access analytics and performance insights
  • Customize chatbot behavior and appearance

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential

5. Payment Terms

5.2 Billing and Payment

  • Payment Schedule: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance

  • Display your content as necessary for platform functionality

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Data Processing

Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

You agree to indemnify and hold Chatdord harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting support.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding fees remain due and payable
